Shane Selewach - Owner of Progressive Asset Development (PAD)
A finance professional with nearly three decades of industry experience, Shane Selewach is the owner of Progressive Asset Development (PAD). A graduate of Boston University with a BA in Financial Services and an MBA graduate in Business Administration, Shane Selewach is a skilled team leader, communicator, and project manager. Furthermore, he received the prestigious Certified Financial Planner designation and recognition as a Million Dollar Round Table Member.
Mr. Selewach started his career as a Certified Financial Planner at American Express, where he managed corporate and personal accounts and helped clients with strategic planning. He later founded Progressive Asset Development (PAD), where he currently works as a Senior Project Manager, identifying and analyzing domestic and global business opportunities.
While working at his own company, Mr. Selewach has also served and taught as a Project Specialist for The Home Depot, successfully driving sales and overall store profitability. His work at the company has earned him numerous awards, including Top New England Specialist and #1 Home Depot Lead Generator Nationally. He has also won several other awards, including the Advanced Communicator Gold and Advanced Leader Silver from Toastmasters International.
Outside of work, Shane Selewach dedicates time to his family, volunteering, traveling, and learning. His hobbies include theater, chess, baseball, basketball, and classic cars. He also enjoys leading his own band, jogging, hiking, motorcycling, fishing, and camping.
